NOVUS Properties Ltd is a publicly listed real estate investment company on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) that focuses on acquiring a diversified portfolio of properties located in Mauritius. The company objective is to generate a constant yield to its investors though off-market/relationship based transaction and, at the asset level, through improvements to operations and properties. The company generally invests mainly in the Offices and Light Industrial sectors.
